balance diet

BALANCED DIET


Consist of Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat, Mineral, Vitamin, Water and fibers. How ever this categories of food clasess have to take in an accurate amount. As shown as above, there are 4 stages in food pyramid. 


FOOD PYRAMID
1st (based) - Carbohydrate take 4 - 8 times/ serving daily
2nd - Fruits & vegetables take 2 - 3 times/ serving daily or plenty (no harm)
3rd - Protein  take 1 - 2 times/ serving daily
4th - Fat take less
